activitIEs AROUND THE CAMPSITE and the lake

Around the lake you find a children's playground, tennis ground, basket ball ground, football ground, volley-ball ground and the natural swimming pool with the live guards in July and August.

 

And of course, the Lac de Parisot, also means fishing in a lake of 9ha : carps, pikes, tenches,... you can buy your fishing card via Internet at http://www.federationpeche82.com/ or in a tourist office.

 

And not to forget the  "Festilac", every first week end in August the local festival commitee organzises concerts around the lake. (http://www.festilac.parisot.free.fr/)

The Camping du Lac de Parisot is situated on the frontier of 3 regional subdivisions : le Tarn-et-Garonne (82), l'Aveyron (12) et le Tarn (81), all known for their beautiful landscapes, cultural and historical inheritance wich offer you a lot of different activities :

 

Hiking, biking, mountain biking,  (you find all you need to organize your trip at the reception)

You can go canoeing or on a river-cruise, climbing, or visit one of the famous medieval villages around like : Cordes sur Ciel, Saint-Antonin Noble Val, Najac et Saint-Cyrq-Lapopie.

 

And moreover there are lots of natural and prehistorical caves all around.

 

If you come in July, you can visit the Festival of hats, an international meeting of hat-designers from all over the world that takes place in Caussade at about half an hour drive :
